Golf Membership
$85,000 non-refundable deposit
$13,000+tax/year dues
Access to all amenities year round.
Sport Membership
$30,000 non-refundable deposit
$5,500+tax/year dues.
Access to all amenities. Limit: 6 rounds of golf November-April.
Social Membership (Mandatory for all Residents)
$1900/year for Coach Homes
$2400/year for Villas
$2900/year for Single Family
Access to Country Club & Beach Club Dining year round.
Access to Beach Club May-October.
Must be a Social Member to upgrade to the Golf or Sport Level.
Refundable options are also available.
