Tuscany Reserve was recently sold to a new development group(June 2008). Currently the new ownership is not releasing homes for sale. They are expected to release their new home offerings by mid-2009. I have helped 2 owners purchase homes in Tuscany Reserve and I can give preliminary tours of the community prior to the new release.
